I do like the new back end treatment , looks like a cut down Aeromax (to me)
Not sure about that hood mechanism , but I suppose people buying at the Aero price point expect a "power hood" .
Like many here I don't expect that I could afford one, but I can lust.

Sorry, but it is Quasimodo Mk2 for me and the windscreen frame is hideous.
Since the original Aeromax, nothing has come close.

I do like the new rear , but not with such a light carpet in the car it will be filthy in no time ,the two strips of wood in the boot scratched to bits along with the wood in the transmission tunnel , needs metal covers on the boot woods rather have padded leather in the tunnel . The old boot lid reminded me of my Grans boiler top as a small child .

Looking at it with only a restricted number of photos got me wondering how far away is it from having some fancy hinge mechanism that allows the boot lid to go up and over and become a hard top with a Mohair rear skirt, then a Tonneau to go over the boot.....probably a stupid idea but then again? Where is Steve Simmonds when you need him ;-).
