Update 55 - Doors and details under the front

As many people know - getting Morgan doors to fit can be a bit of a fiddle - when you are freshly trimming, adding stainless steel door aperture trims and aluminium inner door skins.

Also I thought it might be nice to show you what the car looks like from under the front - show car anyone!!

Oh - also following the test day - we decided to fit the Yokohama AD08R tyres rather than using the nearly new Yokohama AD08 tyres we already have spare. Whilst attracting a penalty due to being 1B listed - the grip was epic...

so - anyone interested in a set of Yokohama AD08's? Sizes 205/50/15 and 185/55/15. The widest tyres that can be fitted to standard 4/4 5.5" width wheels.

Lol smile

You could make an interesting banana split with that and the trimming glue - though I wouldn't want to be the person eating it.

That's the door top foam - that pic shows fitting the leather foam cover stage 1 - laying the U shaped (pre prepared) leather sideways on the door top then using the metal retaining bar as a guide tack the back and pin the front (we used a spiked screwdriver).
