Just Perfect
I found this picture of one of my favourite looking cars, the Chevron B16.

Very sexy, from a iconic GT era.

Chevron always designed great looking cars that really did the business. The B16 was by far the best looking of it's time IMO. I always remember having a factory tour shortly after the death of Derek Bennett when one of my friends was having a car built, and being amazed how small it was.

And aren't the wheels and tyres just perfect? So different to the current ultra low profile tyres! A gorgeous car.

In my university days I used to watch Chevron B8s (with the BMW Apfelbeck engine) B16s (with Cosworth FVC) and eventually B19s competing in GT racing at Oulton Park.
They were wonderful cars with a functional beauty, and extremely quick to boot. They used to run rings around much bigger machinery like Lola T70s.

The B8 is a much nicer car to drive than the B16 but agree it's a great looking car
