Christmas Quiz - A or B?

Sorry to put this in here instead of the maintenance section but I couldn't find a way to put a photo in an ordinary post.

Can anyone help - A or B for the axle stands (one each side obviously)?

I had difficulty in raising a wheel using the supplied jack so made an extension tube - see separate posting in the Morgan photo gallery.

Don't forget to carry a piece of wood to stand the jack on in an emergency..........

I always place the axle stands outboard of the chassis, but close to it.

Also depends how wide the bed on your trolley jack is, if you use a wide general garage jack and a large pair of axle stands you may have to put them in the outer position in order to withdraw the jack afterwards....assuming you want to work in the middle of the car or drain oil etc.
