Do you mean the existing house ? Grade 2 listed ? Yes; spent a fortune on it over the last few years, or would have had a Mog in the garage a lot sooner.

I like the looks of grade 2 listed but not the high maintenance !

I like the looks of grade 2 listed but not the high maintenance ! A hand-built timber frame, high maintenance, a constant battle against leaks when it rains. Be thankful there is no jobsworth (listed buildings officer) having to review the plans before you can fit a Librands exhaust or Suplex shocks
