20 plus years ago we went to Sirmione & our 2 year old (now 25) slept through a stunning lunch right on the lake. He woke in time for an ice cream & we all enjoyed the event. SWMBO & myself still talk about the views. Must get back some time. The Italian Lakes are just stunning and we never tire of them. We especially love Lake Como - a few days at Villa D'Este (one of the best hotels in Italy imho) and then in contrast a few days in Bellagio, which is also on a promontory like Sirmione, in Hotel Florence for the authentic Italian (3-star) experience! The restaurant has a lovely outdoor setting on the lake with excellent food. It's also worth eating at the Terrace restaurant in the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni - just really proper, old fashioned. good service and again - what a view. The rooms themselves are disappointing and old-fashioned and not worth the considerable amount of money they charge; despite the star-studded guest book (one Shuey had just stopped when we stayed). Bellagio is lovely and the inspiration of the hotel of the same name in Las Vegas, apart from the name they don't have very much in common! What recommendations for Lake Garda Oliver?

I'm confused. There are 2 Aero 8's in the video. Is it 2x8 + 1xMax? Hi Ken, you are right ________________________________ Oliver

just spent two weeks doing the Italian lakes in the plus 8. no more to say then, oh other than FANTASTIC!!!!!. Great hotels, fantastic driving roads,Stelvios pass 46 hair pin bends and thats just on the Italian side. Met up with two Swiss Morganers, driving Roadsters at the top of the pass. Anyone interested in route or accomdation contact us. Bellagio on lake Como has to be the iconic Italian town, with paddle steamers plying the lake. Lugano,Maggiore,Garda,Como, and on the way back Bodensea in Germany, what more to say, and all in a Morgan, 2500 miles of driving heaven.

Hi Asbojohn, little problem , since owning the Morgan´s , there was no "come together day" in the garage. Every time one car is by the dealer (The Aeromax since 5 weeks) _____________________ Oliver
