I'm not sure what the light blue car is but doesn't the front remind you of the nose of the new EV3 ?

It's a Lanchester.....though I don't know exactly which model....and possibly a one off given their intended use....and IMHO far better looking than the EV3....call me a symmetrical old fool but the EV3 looks quite unbalanced with that offset upper headlight....odd for the sake of being odd....so affected!

Have yet to read that about the EV3 lights.....but am relieved to hear it and I think it will look all the better for it. Three lights would be good if they were positioned correctly, e.g. two up and one down centrally (though not sure about the legal requirements for something like that).
I also forgot to say earlier that your similarity spot with the Lanchester was very observant....they do share a similar front end.
