Across the Cairngorms to the Newtonmore Games
Up Deeside and over the northern side of the Cairngorms, wandered in by the Newtonmore Highland Games for a couple of hours before trundling down through Drumochter in bouncing rain - that's twice already this year its rained up here and it's only August!

Was at the Newtonmore Highland games yesterday - enjoyed the Clan McPherson get together. Staying at Kingussie down the road - had to take shelter in the "Tipsy Laird" this afternoon, rain coming sideways and 46 mph winds.
