Ouch! Hope everyone is OK.
The black marks down the nearside suggest it's hit a lorry tyre or similar?
Such a shame for the owners- hope it gets repaired/ replaced soon.

this Roadster will never return in the road, or at higher price than a new one, i have discussed with them yesterday about that accident. Lucky both come out safely with minor injury

Hope occupants are ok. I'm surprised it it's written off (?), 3 or 4 new panels and a Tcut and polish would work wonders!

I'm also surprised it's been written off. Morgans are the most repairable car now made. Plus, if the chassis is bent, that does not mean the bodyframe is. Wood is great at returning to true if you remove the bending force.
Depends of course who the insurance company is, all Morgan scheme insurers ought to know the various foibles and advantages of a coach built car, anyone else may not.
If your car is bent - and assuming you do want it to return to the road, there are ways to force the insurers hands but a public forum is perhaps not the best place to discuss it.
