Four Seater Hardtop
Seen at MOG16............... Making this would be a huge challenge, but it fits really well.

Good stuff and each to their own bespoke Mog, I spoke to a guy at the BDC meet recently who has designed a hard toP with a sun roof , showed me his drawings which looked smart , he said a dealer was interested in producing them. Not my cup of tea but I'm sure there will be interest. maybe he's a T/Mer and can keep us updated.

Its interesting seeing this, and nice to know there are people making them.
I personally quite like it, if anything I think the side screens stand out a bit because the rear window is a different size - perhaps if they were the same it would blend in more? Either way it offers the best of both worlds being removable!
I really fancy having a hardtop made for my S1, but I fear Carbon Fibre might be tricky/expensive..

TO be honest it looks no worse than a four seater with the roof up anyway! +1

I quite like it..looks better than the fabric hood, in my view.....
I've always said a Morgan Traveller would be cool...you are almost there. A lift up rear window, plus a glass roof section and sliding, opening rear windows to match the front doors.....
Actually an exposed ash structure, as on a Minor 1000 traveller plus opening doors would need a change to the rear of the body..... but with the +4 engine and Auto transmission and Suplex front and rear I could be tempted.

So Sorry guys, i think it looks ghastly. Why on earth would anyone want to spoil the fabulous lines of a classic Mog? But as they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder?

ans are cool! maybe in the future I'll blank the side windows off (could be the first Morgan four wheeler van)
Great idea. We discussed this a few years ago as I've always been a fan of the pre war MG "safety fast" van, & reckon that a Morgan van along similar lines would make a fabulous promotional vehicle. (one of the lovely details of the MG van not apparent from this angle is that the rear windows were octagonal.

Giles, there is an identical MG service van in the Robert Lewis collection that a few of us were fortunate to visit earlier this month. Sadly, I never thought to look round the back to check out the octagonal windows.
