I own many polishes and waxes but I do like the Dodo Juice range for my Morgan, they seem to really bring out the metallics and smell nice when applying to boot..even though they don't last as long as some of the Meguiars or Collinite waxes

Anywho yesterday evening I thought I would give it a coat of Rainforest Rub Pro (may contain a Golden Dodo apparently - not yet found).

I just clayed,buffed and waxed mine last week.

I have also invested in some bulk sized Mequiars product.It's a higher initial outlay ,but much cheaper in the long run.....

Dodo smart - thats what I say!!

When I first got my S4 in 2009 it was on display at the Autosport/PistonHeads event at the NEC and the guys from Dodo used some of their stuff on it. Was pretty good although at that time they hadn't done a Matt painted car before.

Thanks for the kind words all, Meguiars is really good also and I must admit seems to have greater longevity than claimed.

Interesting on the Matt paint, do they use special wax then?

Companies have developed products for Matt paint now. Back in 2009 I didn't find any. I just had to use shampoo without any shining agents.

I was always surprised you essentially couldn't protect the finish, good to hear its a bit easier now. I might have to look into something for my wheels!
