Bury St Ed and the Krazy Horse
Is it named thus because they buried St Edmond?
'Ere on biz with my wife, had a bit of spare to swan around, lovely place.
A bit of a risk, there are prices on display which are better kept vaguely secret until it's too late and a purchase is made, but I also took her along to Krazy Horse.
An excellent display of sensible, income disposal solutions. I'd highly recommend a visit, a real feast for your eyes and a very warm welcome.

The orange Aero looks great..................
I used to like orange Aeros as a kid.
We won't be doing the dealer day at the weekend although we'll be passing close to Berrybrooks en route to Cornwall, with family and Golf. A pity but we like to get down early and 'relax' with a long walk.

The orange Aero is stunning! The colour really suits the car. The second prototype Moss Box +8 in the mid 60s, (later registered as MMC 11) , was originally painted flame orange, which suited it well. Well it was the 60s and bright colours were the order of the day. Nice to see a similarly bold treatment here. I have often "advised" MMC to ditch these ubiquitous grey, black, silver cars that they use at Motor shows, and revert to something like this , which does get far more attention. However my advice appears to fall on deaf ears.

A couple more of the orange Aero, a custom order of a Lamborghini colour, the interior had a good splash orange too.

Here’s what I bought when I visited the Krazy Horse, was just waiting for a yucky day to fit them. Today is as cold and miserable as can be. Fiddly to fit and of course, available at other Morgan Vendors too. I think they’re a nice addition, very pleased with the results. The ten little bezels....

Or future footwell ornaments? How does one attach them? (other than carefully..)

They are precision machined from stainless steel with a small step in the OD’s to fit inside the recess of each lamp. I put a minuscule sliver of black instant gasket in the step, rotated them when inserted to spread the gunk and wet wiped a few minutes later to clean off any excess.
I may have been over cautious with the sticky stuff, but I can always do any again if they come off. I used to laugh at old fizzers who couldn’t read the size on drill bits, or connect a spade terminal on a circuit board. Well now that’s me, peering at things held by fat fingers, trying to delicately place adhesive then precisely place the rings on the dash.....not easy.
The bonus is, if there is mastic everywhere, I’m no longer capable of seeing it!
Neil, I did wonder if brass ones would be nicer on the 80ths. They would, but how could you keep them sparkling, I have to polish the brass quite frequently on the other gauges and it’s not easy keeping the brasso from marking the dash.

The last time I took my wife to Krazy Horse just for a look around, I ended up with an ARP4, mainly due to her encouragement, to my utter surprise.
