I could be biased, however that's my stepdad on the latest cover, in the original prototype +8.

In this instance, I take full blame for the delay. If I explained the issues that held up my photo shoot (hail storms being just one that come to mind) you would understand. Add to that deadlines with time zone differences...and being in California, I may be among the last to actually see it in print!

I like that shot too...it was a tough decision not to use the Golden Gate Bridge, however in the end I wanted something we haven't done before. So we did the shoot in the neighborhood where I grew up (coincidentally just out of the shot is the apartment where Bill used to live.) The Bay Bridge was visible from this angle, and Pier 33 (not seen in photo) is just below. I did not choose the cover, however was hoping this pic would make it into the magazine.

Mine came through the post on Monday 12th February (Feb issue). I was not aware of this publication but have been fortunate enough to recieve it as a Christmas present subscription
