Thanks a lot. About my car : equipped with Corbeau Seats ( English Brand) . Perfect look and reclining . But poor back fitting when cornering . If you have suggestions …

I have the standard reclining seats in my 1999 Plus 8 and find them supportive when cornering, they have quite a bit of lateral support..
You might be able to pick up a pair or at least try a ride in another car with them fitted to see if they are to your liking.

I have the old style bucket seats. I have no problems with them. Just returned from a five week 6000 km road trip, comfy and no back problems. I used full harness for spirited motoring.

Never had a problem with the seats in the 79 +8, more comfortable than the 07 4/4 I have now.
.+8 Now gone for a 1800 4/4. Duratec in bright yellow.

That is a very nice car. I see you have a bimini top for protection from the sun, if we get any more summers like the last one I expect many more of us will be needing one.
The +8 will be very different to the Lotus's characteristics, less precise and agile, but more fun, and that V8 engine noise is very addictive.
