Perfect road, perfect weather, perfect roads and the perfect car to forget about all the crap going on this year.
If you are ever in Snowdonia do take the road from Llan Ffestiniog to Denbigh. You will not be disappointed! Be careful on the A543 as it now has average speed cameras on it.

Just had a glorious week doing the Mid Wales roads but I'll give that a try next time. Looks superb.

Mapman, unless they've been modified recently the speed cameras are inoperative because the poles weren't sufficiently strong the resist the wind forces and the cameras were therefore swaying and inaccurate. Still a deterrent!. If you can average 60 mph on that road you're going pretty quick anyway !
