Seen at Silverstone Classic Weekend, when I took the photo I thought I would get home to find this was an exotic Italian, the #64 was not in the programme, however after referring to Anthony Pritchards Directory of Classic Prototypes and Grand Touring Cars I was surprised to find this is in fact one of four SLR Morgan's. Looking at the programme I am wondering if this is the car listed as #67 driven by John Emberson and and Bill Wykeham ?
Would be gratefull if someone could confirm this :-)

really intersting bloke, John Sprinzel, ranging form founding the Speedwell tuning firm ( with Graham Hill) to producing what were, imho the extremely good looking AH Sprite Sebring coupes
