Those wheels look rather special

The're black painted alloy with a Morgan stainless nut. However the spare is black wired, I suspect as it was bought later to accommodate the luggage rack.

Not tried to take them off, hoping not to have to, as the spanner and Thor hammer combo, with the car balanced on an inadequate scissor jack, does not look overly clever.

Interesting the old +8 alloys with centre hub nuts are very rare. Does it say Morgan on the casting?

They are not the Morgan Lighweight alloys John like I have these all have black larger nuts, these are new Minilite alloys with a converter in the centre to take the splined hubs they are fairly expensive. Henry has done a few of these conversions.

I have seen a hillclimb Morgan with them fitted at Wiscombe and we used to have a member on here that had them fitted to his car I can't remember who it was now.

Probably these.

They look lovely in Black on your car, just like they grew there.

Enjoy your adventures, Henry is a lovely guy to deal with, I bought my new 4/4 Sport of him in 2009..

Yes they do look nice if expensive.
