That Ferrari is a work of art, as are the set of pics you posted of it Ewan.. Do Yellow calipers signify carbon brakes on a Ferrari as they do on Porsches...?
Quite by chance I enjoyed a pre salt C4S drive this morning on one of the best roads in Scotland that can be a real test of man and machine while generating considerable g forces all without without braking the 60mph speed limit.
Don`t want to post the route as with the NC500, to see it become overcrowded would be a real shame, though I did share the directions with Image a while back ..(-:

I don’t think yellow callipers mean anything more than “Extra expense” but it does have ceramic brakes, they’re brilliant. However, my favourite feature is the rear window, on the spiders, you can lower it completely even with the roof up, all the sound and fresh air without the bluster you get from the door windows. Last picture, I promise ( well today at least), a fitting background. ![[Linked Image]](http://tm-img.com/images/2023/10/12/IMG_8306.jpeg)

Another cracker Ewan... Other than the stratospherically expensive Porsche carbon brakes effectiveness, is the added bonus that there is no brake dust generated to dirty the wheels...ENJOY (-:

You’re spot on , Calum, ordinarily I never look at the weather forecast, but I’ve noticed “met office” has now become a favourite on my ipad with it’s own shortcut. The weekend doesn’t look great at the moment 😢
I’m glad you’re all enjoying the pictures, a Ferrari isn’t out of place on this forum, it shares an equal status with any Morgan, it’s a totally illogical form of transport!
It’s a good time of year for photography just now, on a clear day, sunsets and sunrise especially provide amazing colours, and an excuse for a run!

The world needs beauitiful but illogical things .... just think of it as Performance Art!.
Don't see many Zodiacs about these days .... Consul/Zephyr/Zodiac shared the same shell .... Consul was the poverty 4-banger and the Zodiac the 6-pot top-ender .... the era of the 'Mini Yank-tank' 🙂
Good luck with some weather-windows to get out and about in it!

Just curious, is there a front registration plate on the Ferrari Ewan? There doesn't seem to be a good place to fit one without ruining the fabulous look.

I am not very interested in Ferrari - one reason is the money But i like the shape of your 488 when it is "open". And the Enzo image is again a photographic masterpiece
2005 4/4 1800ccm Duratec and a lot of HONDA CX500.......

K From memory the Zephyr could be be a 4 or 6 pot, the Zodiac was always the 6 pot.

I’ll need to take some better pictures of the Zodiac, it’d be good for Halloween, it’s looks a bit like the spooky car “Christine”.
There is indeed a front number plate Gordon, my artistic license allows me to photograph it without one. You’re right though, there’s nowhere (other than in the boot) where it would look good.
