Fabulous part of the world. Those passes and roads are (Imho) among the best on the continent.

Great photos Heinz. We have snow on our local mountain tops too. The weather has turned back to winter again  Looks though you managed your trip in fine weather though. The car looks great.

The first days until Wednesday were great. Then we decided to drive back as the weather in all Italy until Tuscany went bad. Now we plan for Mai (few days) again...

I envy you we used to live in Holzkirchen in Bavaria in the mid 80s and ofter drove through Austria to Italy visiting Merano , Garda, Venice & Verona. All in my Audi Coupe.
I must find a way to do it in a Mog.

Thought the SS only came with the steering wheel on the "other side". Did i miss something, or are the images mirrored?

I understood a few days ago from my dealer that there are about 3 LHD +4 SS, two transformed by the dealer and actually one car (allegedly the last SS) is built in the factory as a LHD version.
In another thread Heinz posted some photos of his LHD +4 SS in the workshop of his MORGAN dealer in Germany.

Yes that is true. My dealer converted her to a LHD car - with the blessings of MMC (who worked out the LHD dash).

John, a possible solution for you?
With some friends we are visiting The Dolomites this summer in a mix of old and new(ish) motors.
Coming from N Yorks, we are using the AutoZug from Dusseldorf to Innsbruck. Then onwards over the Brenner to The Dolomites.
Seeing these fabulous photo's, I can't wait!
I hope this suggestion helps make your mind up?
