It needs some love and care, but the substance is good. The engine and automatic transmission both run smoothly, the body is intact, everything works, very little rust, no holes.
To start with, I will change the tires. The old ones still look good, plenty of profile, no cracks, but I'm afraid, that they are very old. ...I even could not find a DOT Number
For the rest, I will do a "rolling restauration" (Do you say so?)
... A car, that's older than me... I can't beleive it. Last week, I finaly decided, that it's a Chevy pickup, that I want, and about the same day, the previous owner (he lives about one mile from my place !) decided to sell.
