Yes, the important thing is to get the correct link to your uploaded avatar. For instance, if it is on Photobucket just click on the "Direct Link" box and the string will be copied for you...
Now on the banner above, click on "My Stuff" and then "Edit Profile"...
Click into the circle to the left of "URL for your avatar..." to select it. Then in the box paste in the URL by holding down the
Ctrl button and pressing
v (alternatively you can press the right mouse button and select paste).
The URL to you Avatar need to be in this box, it should start
http:// and end with
.jpg.
Click
Submit and that should be it.
