Does make me wonder what the drag coefficient is on this vehicle. The engine is a torque monster and not one made to get maximum fuel economy. Still, 28 does seem quite low, but maybe its what real world MPG is going to look like. Have other recorded their MPG?
I seem to remember that when I ran it dry recently, it was showing at about 230 miles of generaly mixed driving, which was a disappointing 28 - 29 mpg, given that I am still running it in at 900 miles.
