I was in halfords earlier today, and noticed that they had snowsocks on display. So this eveneing have been reading up about them as it occurred to me it might be smart to keep a pair in the boot over the winter.
Whilst browsing I found michelins new composite snowchains, made of of aramid.
I wondered if any of our posters (esp the mainland europe based ones) have had any experience with these, they are a little more expensive than the socks, but look more user friendly than traditional chains.
Any thoughts?
