I bought snowsocks last year as a safety as my C220 Merc estate is s***t in the snow with it's 245 tyres.
This year I spent £900 for snow tyres with alloys. I have winter tyres when I lived in Bavaria & they make a big difference
Why not buy used steels, you will probably get 2 ok tyres as part of the deal then put the winters on those???? half price and 2 ok tyres as part of the bargin??
