I use to use tyre sealant in my motorbike tyres until BMW started fitting air pressure sensors and I've never had to balance the wheels afterwards...and I've done some pretty fast rides well into 3 figures with no sign of vibration. (Germany m'lud!) I can't see there would be any difference with a car such as a Plus 4
