They all have an hour hand but no minute hand, the parchment dial above has hour hand and sweep second hand plus minutes and seconds ( chrono function) sub dials. You tell the time by counting off the five minute intervals between hours, ie black dial shows 6:44, Parchment dial 9:45 and 8 seconds ( I think... crazy2)
