When I club-raced motorcycles, I had a policy of only wearing/placing stickers from suppliers who provided free or discounted merchandise or services. In my case that included Honda, who provide a 10% "racer's discount", perhaps because of the huge volume of broken bits they replace.
But UPS (no affiliation here) has a corporate policy of removing all non-UPS badges from all of their vehicles. Take a look at the next UPS truck you see -- no Ford, GMC, or any other vehicle-maker's logos at all. Even when they are using smaller vehicles where the manufacturer is obvious.
Back to the Mog, I can't wrap my head around the Gulf paint job without the giant orange arrow pointing down the hood on the 908. (The 917 and 918 were ok, but not so, um, directional!)
