I run my 2009 4/4 Sport at 23psi (cold) all round which seems to give the car enough traction without compromising uneven wear rates.
My OE I changed to Toyo's and they seem stickier, this was done at 17,000 Mls. I am a fairly enthusiastic driver and the front inner edges were down to 2mm due to the camber angle on this model being adjusted for better front end handling.
The rears could have gone a bit longer but at £50 a corner not worth messing around with.
These are 15" Rims but from previous posts this is normalish tyre pressure, the 80 section tyres form part of the suspension as well and at 30psi I would expect a very choppy ride.
