Hello David,
The cowl trimming is now a factory fitted option on the production line when
the car is being built and trimmed.
The metallic cowl you mention is a German company (I'm sorry the name
escapes me at the moment) and this involves changing all of the
indicator/wiper arms on the steering column which I would not recommend or
carry out.

I have seen a metallic cowl, I think is yours, but do you also offer similar
trim matched as per Roadster?
