I have no argument for, or against Corvettes, I do not know the cars very well. If your point about the MF5 being an expensive Corvette, is based on rarity of the Corvette then, fine. I don't fully understand the thought process, but I am sure that that is down to me.

I'm afraid I actually don't quite understand this. If we were talking about cars then if I point out that my personal two cars are a Morgan and a Land Rover Defender, then I would probably not need to add any more.

I drive an 02 Plus 8, which until I retired was my daily driver.
(Why does my car have door handles? so that I could get in it in the dark, in the pouring rain, wearing a suit and overcoat and carrying a laptop and brief case.)
But back to the MF5, I would rather have an Aeromax, but celebrate the fact that such cars are still available in this day and age
