I've heard from Alison the events that led up to Lucy's diagnosis but it does make you wonder, if 1 in 5000 have the syndrome that means around 14,000 people in the UK are potential sufferers and I must admit I'd never heard of it before.
If it wasn't for Alison's determination Lucy might not be with us now. I just wonder how many parents amongst the 14,000 are sitting wondering what's wrong with their child. I just hope our efforts will help in some way.
