I haven't been able to get the wheel off mine (car 350) because the third bolt which won't take an allen key as it has a dimple in the middle (it needs a 4mm hollow key to remove) is longer, rather than shorter and with 2 nuts behind it stops the collar from being pulled back far enough to remove the wheel.
So far I haven't been able to purchase a 4mm key to remove the longer bolt and have only fiddled with my two nuts (hrmmm...!) but they won't let the collar back.
Seems the only way to get the wheel to come off would be to hacksaw the long bolt shorter, or get the 4mm key. This would leave the collar able to be removed because the extra nut could then slip off between end of bolt and collar.
Just wondering if your dealer has removed the long bolt to get the wheel able to be removed, but then put it all back in such a way that the collar can't now move back far enough to engage properly. Whatever, if the collar is not locking this is potentially really serious and you must get it sorted!!
