I agree. I use an Airflow chamber, similar to carcoon. And it doesn't work! If its wet or foggy outside, the fan drags in this damp air and dumps it onto the cold metal. I've even had pools of water. Might as well leave the car outside! Nowadays I switch the fans off if weather inclement and switch them on if its dry and fine - just to stir the air in the chamber to try to avoid the mildrew problem. That seems to work.
