There is a black button on the passenger side bulkhead which is an inertia switch & stops the fuel in case of an accident.
Try pressing it to be sure.
I would turn the ignition on & listen for the pump.
Check the electric cut off switch behind the drivers seat, mine on my +4 can move slightly so there is power but the pump doesn't run.
