It floats my boat and I can flog its bits off also, hood up no thanks got my tankies and this is the frozen North not lush green Ireland . Had the car over 25 year so done all that newbie stuff years ago yet they still preach thinking they have just thought of it . It reminds me of a teenager talking about sex.

I do like the car reasonably clean, but this is crazy
For many, me included, having a pristine car is part of the pleasure.
I do drive them, but there's zero pleasure in driving in the pouring rain, so I use these miserable days to look after the cars in my garage.... All part of the fun and not crazy at all.
