You are using the URL from a "Featured" video (it says "feature" in the web address) which for whatever reason will not embed the video in the post. To circumvent this, just search YouTube for the exact title of the video, click the correct video from the list and use the direct link to the video.
Any of the shorter links, embedded links, featured links, etc., don't link correctly.
