I have once on a roundabout been heading for the curb and an accident - opened the throttle and got round with no fuss as all.

I'd not be surprised if Tiff does know that technique but had the near accident for the camera. I'd not lend him a car though!


The problem is that the "5 speeder" has a lot more grip at the rear. On a low-grip surface it is possible to achieve throttle-induced oversteer but in most circumstances will merely increase the understeer.

Tiff nearly rolled because when he came back onto the circuit from the grass, the rear tyre and one front tyre suddenly gave a lot more grip. There is no likelihood whatever that Tiff did that on purpose!
