I am having problems filling my Roadster with fuel ooo

The petrol pump keeps cutting out before I have a chance to get much fuel in. It’s not the pump because I have tried it on two different pumps. I can not get the pump all the way in and then it cuts out after a little fuel has gone in making refilling a long and laborious process oops

Does anyone else have this problem ?
