Am a half tonneau man all the time ... and have had the side screens on since January ... they save getting 'ice head' from the constant buffeting of freezing air / fog.
I have only used the hood once and prefer to smell / feel and taste the weather !!
I just fitted the side screens and left the tonneau on inside of car loose... if the car is being left and there is a chance of rain, just lift up the tonneau edge so its pointing up and and inside of cover is against the side screen, this makes a drain channel towards rear of door for the water to escape instead of dripping down the inside of the door however the zip leaks so a mini-cockpit cover is on the agenda.

I have never switched the heated seats off since November when I purchased the car, and they have done an great job keeping me warm ...however on friday I played about with the heater vent under the dash and now have a lovely blast of hot air going on to my feet ...it is in deed a toasty cabin even with no roof !

Getting back on topic ... 4 oclock is the best position for my petrol fill.
