i wish companies would get their act together over the christmas period. i've had to call two customer service centres today. both had a prerecorded message asking me to call back during opening hours 'monday to friday 9 until 5'. looking at my watch it is 10 and the calendar tells me it is a friday
change the message or answer my call if it is the time and day when you state you will be open
