That's the look I'd love, not sure how achievable it is these days
Start with the new Plus 8 Andy, strip it down to the bare essentials, i.e. no hood, no windscreen, fit some Aero screens and you're pretty much there!
P.S. Though please make sure you order it with Plus 8 alloys rather than any other wheels; definitely not wires!
