I was amused when I had my Vanquish serviced by Works Service (Aston) some years ago. I had lost the Aston umbrella which lived under the boot lid held by two Velcro loops. I asked them to replace the umbrella, which they did, but spotted on the bill the 'labour to install umbrella' at £12.
The time was probably spent finding the white gloves and putting them on to handle the umbrella, unpacking the umbrella.
