You can do it from below for the rear section i.e. spring at rear of car and u bolts,
Centralise wheels in arch good option at this point, with Heavy duty U bolts, and the Panhard rod. the front of the traction bars fit in Cockpit with the front of the spring, access is gained with the seats removed and the small access cover at the rear bulkhead and floor/chassis sill.
It's fairly basic mechanic's although it seem's daunting allow 2-3 days with fettling.
If you've changed land rover, Jeep or Suzuki Samie leaf spring its basically the same.
