Well I have made the brackets for the front wings, I used 3mm * 30mm stainless, drilling was hard work, but done now and bent into shape OK. One question looking at the top fixing for the front inner wing, it looks as if this is bolted with a single bolt to the upper wing brace that bolts to the Side light. On my +8 the gap between the wing and this existing bracket is less than 1/4 inch, did you remove the bracket and then reshape slightly to allow bolt/nut clearance?
