Not a three wheeler, but when looking for a trad Morgan I pondered long and hard about whether to get a 60's or a new car. In the end I chose a 1991 +4 (with a Rover M16 engine, fuel injection/ecu) as it is still, in my opinion, close to an older car re drivability yet has 'some' elements of a new car - better mpg and supposedly, better reliability. It was also cheaper, ie better value for money.
