I watched a programme about these parachutes - "How It's Made" or "How do they do it"series or similar.
They designed the system for light aircraft and can be fitted to many makes if suitable.
Apparently the worst job in the factory is loading the rockets to fire off the parachute... done by a matter of fact but fastidious woman!
It's an awesom invention and they showed film of it in use.
