It is something to do with the ECU. When I bought my car it was virtually undriveable from a standstill until moving at reasonable revs. Turned out the the factory had somehow incorrectly wired the clutch switch. They explained that it was there to stop the hanging of revs that the Ford cars were programmed to do when fitted with the Sigma...to make gear changes smoother and this was Morgans workaround, the 4/4 being so light not needing it. Hope that makes sense!
