For the narrow wheel I would always recommend Avon CR6ZZ. This is a fully road legal historic rally tyre. Very good in both wet and dry conditions and wear rate is not bad at all given the light weight and low general miles a Mog does. See http://www.bmtr.co.uk/road_legal.htm
