Hi everybody

We were out in our Aero 8 (Mark 4) at a veeeery rainy day.
We drove about three ours and when trying to restart the engine, it refuses to fire up. I could hear the fuel pump for half a second and all the lights on the dashboard were as usual. I couldnt hear the starter at all. I bridged the fuel pump which I could then hear working, but still the engine didnt start. After about 15 Minutes the enginge did work!
Then after about two hours driving it was the same procedure.

We took the Aero out three times since then and it was always the same: Car starts always when cold and often not when warm. After standing 20 minutes or so the car starts without problems. Any suggestions to that? confused2

Besides that, the brake pedal seems to "hang" when driving for about 45 minutes or more so I have to draw the pedal out with my foot at the last 2 or 3 mm after braking otherwise, the car brakes a bit and the brake light is on as well.
I mention that, because probably it is due to the clutch pedal that the car doesnt start, but the clutch does not hang at all.

I would be very pleased if anyone has an idea about that thing, because I talked to the dealer and he said, he can only do something, when the problem occurs, but it doesnt occur always. Sometimes driving a whole day without a starting problem. I am clueless!
