I am looking for general advice on cleaning and maintaining stainless steel wire wheels. Currently I am spraying with motor cycle Muck off and then cleaning off with water from a hand sprayer trying to wipe spokes as best as I can. I have a brush meant for alloy wheels but this is too large, any suggested brushes?
I would like to preserve the appearance so wonder if I should also be waxing the spokes when I wax the rest of the car.
I read that spokes should be oiled, is this at the hub end or the wheel end or both and would simple 3in1 be ok?
Any other washing/maintenance information would be greatly appreciated.
